About Dorentina Cakaj–

Art and Creative Direction, Production, and Operations.

Hello and thank you for looking through my body of work. I work in Creative and Art Direction, Operations, and Production focusing on branding, production, systems, strategy, and creative and client management working in industries such as fashion, tech, innovation, entertainment, packaging, and events.

I spent my younger years as a curator for street art in Dallas, Texas, working alongside individuals such as Erykah Badu, Carrie Fisher, and Adrien Brody. After I graduated college, with aspirations to move to New York, I headed out East where I freelanced for almost eight years, working with brands such as Google, Nike, New Balance, Bergdorf Goodman, FILA, Ralph Lauren, HODINKEE, and many entrepreneurial clientele, serving as the Art Director and Creative Producer for many projects.

Methodology:

I approach every project with an open mind. My methodology is centered around collaboration, technicality, deep research, and trusting in a specialized talented team. I listen first, then create space for ideas. It’s not about forcing creativity but simply making space for it to breathe.

I believe in serving the vision, not owning it, and act as an open channel through which powerful ideas can come to life. With intention, clarity, integrity and a sense of humility, my aim is to craft the kind of work that resonates and lasts. Whether it’s building better workflows or simply being a steady presence, I’m here to support and shape the work that feels true to its mission.
