Leading the project management for a custom packaging system developed for Lululemon’s Ambassador and sponsorship community and guiding the collaboration between Lululemon and Imprimerie du Marais. The objective was to reimagine the unboxing experience as a brand moment. One that reflected performance, community, and modern athletic luxury while remaining highly functional across seasonal product shifts.

We developed a modular packaging structure with a clean, intentional graphic language, tactile and eco-conscious materials, and adaptable compartments designed to accommodate both performance and casual apparel. My role centered on aligning the creative execution with Lululemon’s rebrand, while managing timelines, coordinating partners, navigating multiple design iterations, and ensuring the system could scale with precision.

THE OUTCOME

The kits generated substantial ambassador-led social content, driving meaningful earned media reach and increasing purchase consideration for key seasonal styles. The project demonstrated how considered physical design can translate directly into brand advocacy and measurable impact.
